These are my September gallery selections for The Art Gallery at the NWA Mall in Fayetteville, AR. For the month of October, I think I will swap some of them out for a selection of framed prints.
All Ozark pigments, lightfast watercolor originals
This set is located in the front room of the gallery on the left hand side. If you’d like a map to the gallery layout, please email me. Each space is numbered and artists can have spaces spread throughout the gallery. The map helps if you’re looking for a specific space. The space these paintings are hanging in is #303. The September gallery selections will be refreshed for most of the artists.
- Rhapsody (Goshawk No. 2), framed in a shadow box with pigment samples. This one isn’t for sale.
- Raccoon on the Rocks, also framed in shadow box with pigment samples. It’s the first and only painting I’ve done on black paper. I like the effect and plan to do more eventually. In this one, I particularly enjoyed painting a picture of rocks with pigment made from rocks gathered in very nearly the same location as the setting for this painting. $1200. Size of painting without frame is 16″(h) x 12″(w).
Both of these paintings are on paper, pinned to the backing and includes samples of the pigment rocks used to make the colors.

Location:
This set is located in the room after the desk on the right hand side. If you’d like a map to the gallery layout, please email me. Each space is numbered and artists can have spaces spread throughout the gallery. The map helps if you’re looking for a specific space. The space these paintings are hanging in is #332. These were hanging last month, so didn’t update with the September gallery selections. I’ll move these out when I refresh for October.
Descriptions, from top left:
- Hay Loft Doors on paper permanently mounted to birch and varnished, 4 x 6″ (size not including the frame), $150
- Mermaid on paper permanently mounted to birch and varnished, 5 x 7″ (size not including the frame), $250
- Rain Crow on paper permanently mounted to birch and varnished, 4 x 6″ (size not including the frame), $150.
- Simpler Times, on paper, 12 x 16″ (size not including the frame), $1200.
Changing up the Art Selection
Every month I swap out a few of them so there’s something new to show. At the end of September, I’ll be swapping out all of the larger original works for framed prints.
Other Opportunities to See my Artwork
I have a show for the month of October at Gotahold Brewery in Eureka Springs. I’ll have my art hanging on the walls there for the duration of the month. Any of it that sells will result in a donation of 20% to Ozark Natural Science Center.
And then in November I’ll bring some originals to the NWA Boutique show in Rogers.
