It’s the time of year when most of the beautiful autumn colors are now brown and crunch on the ground. The oaks are burnt orange and beautiful, still. But the beech trees are at peak splendor with their golden beech tree leaves.

And finally, to cap off my post, here’s a photo of the tree, and a very short video capturing the beauty of the beech tree leaves. This tree lives down our road and every year I wait for it to reach the glowing point. Autumn is my favorite time of year to get outside and wander. This year I haven’t had a chance to do much of that. But here’s one of my older posts featuring photos Wild Ozark landscapes in late November that you might enjoy. There’s also a photo of a beech tree after the glow is done in that one.
